OnlyFans model sobs as she’s spared jail for filming illicit videos with underage girl to flog on WhatsApp

A SOBBING OnlyFans model has avoided jail after she filmed illicit videos of an underage girl to flog on WhatsApp.

Ellie Rixon drafted in the 16-year-old to create the x-rated clips and pictures over a seven-month period.

The 20-year-old agreed to share the “proceeds” with the teen, who had consented to the material being shared.

But Liverpool Crown Court heard that due to her age, she was legally unable to consent.

The model had faced a six-year jail term after police found the stash of child sex images but was instead handed a suspended sentence.

Prosecutors said Rixon initially believed the girl was 18 but still continued to make the illicit content after discovering her real age.

The victim later contacted Merseyside Police to report Rixon had “numerous indecent photographs and videos of her” and was “selling and posting them online”.

Police raided her home and found she had taken 43 category A indecent images – the most serious – of the girl.

Officers also discovered a further 11 in category B and 119 in category C, the court heard.

Prosecutor Joanne Daniels said: “The defendant creates pornographic content which she sells online on social media and OnlyFans.

“The defendant would record her performing acts or being naked and post this online. [The girl] asked the defendant to take them down, but the defendant refused.

“The distribution can only be evidenced on WhatsApp and not on OnlyFans.”

Rixon had broken down in court when a prison sentence of six years was mentioned as a starting point by Ms Daniels.

Judge Neil Flewitt KC was forced to tell one woman in the public gallery to “calm down” after she yelled out “f**k off”.

Lloyd Morgan, defending, said in mitigation: “Your honour will have seen the trauma she has suffered.

“She herself has been very vulnerable. These are two vulnerable girls, both agreeing for them to be distributed for some financial gain.”

Rixon admitted three counts of production of indecent images of a child and three charges of distribution of indecent images.

She was handed a 24 month sentence suspended for two years and ordered to complete a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement.

The model will also be required to sign the sex offenders' register for the next ten years and was handed a sexual harm prevention order.

Sentencing, the judge said: “[The victim] was capable, in law, of consenting to all of the sexual activity in which she took part.

“What she was not able to consent to or make lawful was the production and distribution of these images while she remained under 18.

“Even though she did consent, what happened was still unlawful. I accept that, when it started, you did not realise her age, but you continued after you did find out how old she was.”
