The Executive Director of Finance & Administration at the Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority, OORBDA, Ayobami Oyalowo, has said synergy among all levels of the Authority is needed to yield outstanding results.
Oyalowo explained that with open communication, teamwork, and a conducive working environment, the productivity and innovation at the authority would be enhanced .
He made the call on Wednesday, when he assumed duty at the Authority on Wednesday.
Oyalowo while appreciating President Bola Tinubu and the Minister of Water Resources & Sanitation, Joseph Utsev for providing outstanding leadership, assured of a collaborative working relationship with the board and management team.
He said “ I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for entrusting me with this critical responsibility. I also want to recognize the Hon. Minister of Water Resources & Sanitation, Eng. Joseph Utsev for providing outstanding leadership for our parent ministry as a whole.
“ I am committed to fostering a harmonious and collaborative working relationship with the Board, management team, and all staff. I strongly believe that synergy among all levels of the Authority will yield outstanding results in achieving our shared goals.
“ As we embark on this journey together, I solicit the cooperation and support of all staff, stakeholders, and partners in achieving our collective aspirations for the Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority.
“ I am confident that, through dedication, collaboration, and adherence to best financial and administrative practices, we will drive the Authority towards unprecedented success”; he added.
In his welcome address, the Managing Director of Ogun Osun River Basin Development Authority, Gbenga Ashiru, assured him of good working relationship.
