Bochum’s physio raced onto the pitch to treat the stricken 36-year-old.
But he ended up slipping on the wet turf and crashing foot-first into the head of Losilla.
Losilla gave the medic a look of death as he grabbed his head in an attempt to treat him.
The match commentators were left baffled by the incident, with one saying: “Again, the medic crashing into the player he’s trying to treat.
The other said: “That’s beyond me. I have never seen anything like it.
“I don’t know if it’s a directive that staff aren’t allowed to have boots on[ but] it’s crazy, really.”
After seeing the replay again, the second commentator said: “Oh my goodness. He can’t believe it. It’s just crazy.
“I don’t understand, for the life of me, going in there with no boots on as medical staff.”
