Polis should be ashamed – Trump complains about his distorted portrait in Colorado’s Capitol

United States President Donald Trump has complained about his ‘distorted' portrait in Colorado’s Capitol.

Trump, in a post on his Truth Social account on Sunday, blamed governor of Colorado Jared Polis, insisting that he should be ashamed.

“Nobody likes a bad picture or painting of themselves, but the one in Colorado, in the State Capitol, put up by the Governor, along with all other Presidents, was purposefully distorted to a level that even I, perhaps, have never seen before,” Trump said.

Trump also urged Polis “to take the portrait down.”

The US president added, “Jared should be ashamed of himself!

“The artist also did President Obama, and he looks wonderful, but the one on me is truly the worst.

“She must have lost her talent as she got older.”

The Trump's portrait, which was approved by Colorado Republicans, was put up in August 2019 at an event hosted by the Colorado Senate Republicans and artist Sarah A.
