Premier League TV fixtures released including match that could see Liverpool win title at bitter rivals

THE Premier League have confirmed their latest round of TV fixtures.

Liverpool's trip to Chelsea is among the matches to be moved for broadcast purposes, with the potentially crucial match now set to take place on Sunday, 4 May – kicking off at 4:30pm.
