President Federation Cup: Yusuf optimistic Nasarawa will beat Bayelsa United

Nasarawa United technical adviser, Salisu Yusuf has shifted attention to his team's President Federation Cup clash with Bayelsa United.

The Solid Miners will be up against Bayelsa United in a Round of 16 encounter against at the Prince Abubakar Audu University Stadium, Anyingba on Wednesday.

The Lafia club will head into the game in positive mood having defeated Plateau United 3-2 in a league game on Sunday.

Yusuf said his players are ready for the task ahead.

“For now, our focus is on the President Federation's Cup Round of 16 tie against Bayelsa United on Wednesday, and after that, we could pay attention to the league's game against Bendel Insurance in Benin,” Yusuf told the club's media.

“We will approach each game at a time, and we are ready for the the challenge.”
