MARCUS RASHFORD fired Aston Villa into their first FA Cup semi-final in ten years.

The on-loan forward broke his Villa duck, having failed to score in his previous nine matches since joining.

Rashford broke the deadlock by tapping Lucas Digne's low cutback into an empty net.

Minutes later Rashford doubled his side's lead from the penalty spot after Morgan Rogers was fouled in the box.

Things went from bad to worse for Preston shortly after as Jacob Ramsey ran through the heart of their defence before firing in a third.
