Beaming Putin greets Trump envoy with open arms after tyrant IGNORED Don’s order to ‘STOP’ civilian blitzes on Ukraine

VLADIMIR Putin welcomed Trump's special envoy with open arms after the Russian tyrant ignored the president's pleas to stop bombing civilians.

Steve Witkoff arrived in this afternoon, where he is expected to present Trump’s seven-point peace plan to the murderous dictator.
