SADIO MANE is a doubt for the World Cup after limping off injured playing for Bayern Munich.

Just 13 days out from Senegal’s first match in Qatar, the striker limped off around 20 minutes into his side’s match with Werder Bremen.

He was treated by medics

The former Liverpool player sat down on the turf with an apparent problem during the first half.

He tried to continue after medical treatment but a decision was made for him to come off.

He was replaced with Leroy Sane.

As he left the pitch Mane appeared to be limping.

Rather than take his place on the bench the 30-year-old immediately headed down the tunnel.

The extent of Mane’s injury is unclear at this early stage.

The sight will be hugely worrying for Senegal who are in Group A at the World Cup.

They start their campaign against the Netherlands on November 21.

Host nation Qatar will be next up on November 25 before their final group game against Ecuador.

Were Mane to miss the World Cup due to injury he would join a host of star names who won’t be taking part at the tournament.

Just for England, Reece James is a major doubt and Ben Chilwell, Kalvin Phillips and Emile Smith Rowe definitely aren’t going.

N’Golo Kante and Paul Pogba miss out for France, While Timo Werner of Germany and Diogo Jota of Portugal are among those who are sidelined.
