I tried new Cadbury Easter bag at Dunnes Stores and here’s exactly what you get in it, what do you think
Since March 16, Lidl Plus users have been able to get egg-cellent prices on large branded Easter eggs including Cadburys from only £2.45.
But the deal ran out on March 26.
Co-op
As a convenience store, Co-op will be open over the Easter weekend, making it a handy option if you need to grab a few bits.
That said, on bank holidays, some branches might open a little later or shut a bit earlier than usual.
If you’re in England or Wales, it’s worth noting that larger Co-op stores (those over 280 square metres) will be closed on Easter Sunday.
Over in Scotland, though, the bigger stores will still be open as usual.
Since opening hours can vary quite a bit depending on the location, it’s best to check with your local store or have a quick look online before popping out.
If you’re thinking of treating yourself to something a bit fancier this Easter, you’ll be pleased to know that Waitrose will be open for most of the long weekend.

One that’s really turning heads this year is the Outrageously Chocolatey Custard Cream Biscuity Egg.
It’s a massive square slab of chocolate shaped like the classic biscuit, with a layer of milk chocolate packed with biscuit pieces and a custard cream layer in the middle â all for £12.

However, all stores across the UK will be closed on Easter Sunday, so you won’t be able to nip in for supplies on April 20.
To give you an idea, you’ll be able to visit your local B&Q from 7am to 8pm on both Friday, April 18, and Monday, April 21, but not on the Sunday in between.
Opening hours can vary a bit from store to store, so it’s best to check in advance.

From April 21, 2025 onwards, it’s back to normal opening hours.
