On April 29, SM Entertainment released an official statement regarding the cancellation and refund process for Taeyeon’s Tokyo concert.

Previously, Taeyeon was scheduled to hold a solo concert at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo on April 19 and 20, but it was suddenly two days before the event. Regarding this, SM Entertainment explained at the time that the cancellation was due to the equipment not arriving in Japan.
