Airing on Tuesday nights, the fly-on-the-wall show follows the family as they navigate life's trials and tribulations.

In the second episode, revealed exactly why she and Joe are still together after nearly three years of marriage.

Sitting down with former actor Joe, Stacey said: “I reckon it's probably that we don't see each other.

“I think we're always like, you know, excited to see… [each other].”

Joe, 43, agreed, replying: “Yeah.”

I reckon that's probably the secret ingredient, spend as little time as possible together.

“The less to argue about, then when you do see each other…”

Joe the replied: “You appreciate each other.

“You're like ‘oh that's why I am married him'.”

Meanwhile, their honesty comes after during the same episode of their reality show.

The couple were seen speaking on FaceTime whileJoe, 43, was away for work – and, 35, was unimpressed after he let their children eat dinner on the sofa.

During an appearance on The One Show, she said: “We're quite a busy household, we're seven just us and then my sister is always over, Joe's family are always over.

“You don't notice, to the point where we would have a bit of a domestic about something and then be like ‘they're here… stop the mics are still on, stop'.

“We'd look at each other and be like ‘oh no, they can hear us'.”;
