Stacey Solomon reveals she WON’T pass her millions down to her six kids with Joe Swash

STACEY Solomon has revealed she and husband Joe Swash won't pass down their wealth to their kids insisting “they are their own person.”

The Loose Women panelist shares daughters Rose, three, and Belle, two, as well as son Rex, five, with husband Joe Swash.

Stacey, 35, is also a mum to look-a-like eldest Zach, who recently turned 17, and 12-year-old Leightonfrom previous relationships.

Meanwhile, Joe, 43, is also parent to eldest son Harry, who he shares with ex Emma Sophocleous.

Yet despite her whopper fortune Stacey has insisted she wants her brood to “feel accomplished” and be “excited” about earning their own cash.

In a new interview the TV favourite, who lives in stunning Essex bolthole Pickle Cottage with the EastEnders actor, was frank about the future.

The star has an £8million business portfolio and estimatednet worthof £5million.

The X Factor alum told The Mirror of her finances and said: “We don't have some sort of inherited wealth that we can pass down for generations.

“It's really important for them to know that this is our career and we will support our family in whichever way we can, but eventually they are their own person.”

Stacey then drew on her own experiences and added: “My dad didn't treat us any differently, as soon as we got jobs, we had to contribute.

“I was excited to earn my own money and be financially independent. I want my children to be excited for that too.

“It's a wider picture of their self-worth and their happiness in general. I want them to feel accomplished and have things.

“It's very difficult to go through life without needing anything or wanting anything.

“I don't want to leave them in that position.”

In her own career, Stacey has already ventured into the world offashion,beauty, chat shows,reality TV, andsocial mediaadvertisement.

Stacey Solomon has been a familiar face on viewers' screens for over a decade. Let's take a look back at her career.

The X Factor (2009): Stacey competed in series six of long-running ITV singing competition The X Factor. During her time in the show, she was mentored by Danni Minogue in the ‘Girls' category. The star finished in third place, behind Joe McElderry and Olly Murs.

I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here (2010); In late 2010, Stacey headed to the infamous I'm A Celeb Aussie jungle. After 21 days, she triumphed to win the tenth series. It was through I'm A Celeb that she met future husband Joe Swash – who'd won two years earlier and was hosting the ITV2 spinoff.

Celebrity Juice (2011―2013, 2016―2019): The star appeared as a panellist on 21 episodes of the comedy panel game show hosted by Keith Lemon. Stacey was a regular in the 21st series, broadcast in 2019.

Loose Women (2016 – present): Stacey has been a permanent panel member of the daytime show since 2016. She previously made guest appearances in 2011 and 2012.

Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants' living spaces after removing clutter.

Staceyset up Zach Leighton and Rex Productions Limited towards the end of last year, around the same time she cut ties withfast fashion label InTheStyle.

It comes after Zach, who is training to be a mechanic, and Leighton, made their debut in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks.

Brand and culture expert Nick Ede said he believed that Stacey is eyeing world domination, and estimates her impressive business portfolio could be valued around £8million in the next few years “with the way she is going.”

Her choice follows a similar decision by Made In Chelsea alum Spencer Matthews.

The reality star turned ultra marathon runner told how he won't leaver his fortune to his kids amid nepo baby fears.

Other famous faces including Daniel Craig and Sara Davies have also taken the same stance when it comes to their inheritance.

TheJames Bondstar even admitting he finds the practise “distasteful.”

PopstarStinghas also thrown his support behind the decision, which will see many a celeb omit their offspring from their will.
