TARA Reid looks totally different from her American Pie days after stepping out with smooth skin and lighter locks.

Debuting a fresh new look on a movie red carpet, the 49-year-old movie star looked amazing as she posed up a storm at the Pabrik Gula premiere inLos Angeleson Tuesday.

With her skin looking smoother than ever, and her hair looking lighter and brighter, Tara looked youthful as she smiled for the cameras.

Rocking a monochrome skirt with a black leather jacket, the star, who is known for appearing in The Big Lebowski and the Sharknado movies, looked amazing.

Tara's light blond locks were worn down, tousled and framing her face.

The blond beauty, who is best-known for playing the role of Vicky in the films American Pie, American Pie 2, and American Reunion, kept her makeup neutral yet glamorous.

She rocked some bronze eye shadow, black mascara, a bronzed base and a nude lip.

Fans were instantly baffled as to who Tara was once they saw the snaps because of how different she looks.

“Anyone wanna guess who this is??” someone penned on X as they shared their disbelief that the woman in the snap was Tara.

“I got nothing,” replied one baffled fan.

Then, once they were told who it was, they said: “Wow- that's crazy.”

PAST SURGERY WOES

Tara has undergone cosmetic surgery in the past, with her even opening up about it previously.

In 2004, Tara had a joint liposuction-breast enhancement operation.

But the operation sadly went wrong.

Speaking about the botched surgery in a previous interview, Tara said: “I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted – I’m not going to lie – a six-pack.

“I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing.”

BOTCHED BOOBS

The blond beauty was also left devastated after her boob job failed to heal properly, leaving her with stretched, bumpy-looking nipples.

She then accidentally revealed one of her botched breasts to the world on the red carpet in 2007.

“I was already dealing with what it looked like,” she explained afterwards.

“The last thing I wanted to happen was to have the whole world see it.

“The actual centre part, where the areola is, instead of being a circle, it turned out to be a large square. It was horrifying.”;

The American Pie star had the op because she felt her breasts were uneven.

After her ordeal, she vowed to avoid going under the knife unless it was absolutely necessary.

PARTY GIRL IMAGE

In 2023, Tara said that being unmarried and childless has made it hard for her to get rid of her “party girl” image in Hollywood.

“I think in Hollywood if you don’t have kids, and you’re not married, you’re judged,” she said in a chat to Mr. Warburton Magazine.

Addressing her party girl image, Tara added that it can be hard to shake it off when you've not settled down in traditional terms.

“So, they still think you’re that party girl from 40 years ago.

“But, all of a sudden, if you have a kid and you get married, ‘Oh, she grew up, she is great.'

“But what if you can’t have kids? What if you don’t want to get married?

“You can’t judge people on that anymore.”
