The TikToker, who has 27,400 followers, shared that she spends £230 on two bottles of gas.
Although she knows she could get it cheaper elsewhere, she finds it convenient as the gas is delivered to her door and professionally connected for her.
She explained that the gas powers her central heating, cooker, and hot water, although she hasn’t yet had to use her heating.
Katrinas adds: “I've got a fire, and this heats my whole van within an hour.
“Now I prefer to use the fire because it's electric, and the electricity here costs 24p per kilowatt, which I think is a really good price.
“We’re locked into that rate at this site for the next three years.”;
Another expense Katrinas has to consider is , as she has contents insurance costing £200 per year.
She also spends £70 per month on WiFi, which is on the pricier side due to her rural location.
Her ground rent is £3,500 per year, which covers access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, water supply, and waste disposal.
Katrinas doesn’t have a washing machine or a TV, which helps to lower her electricity bill.
Her videos have received many comments from people curious about her living arrangements.
One person said: “You're meant to have another address. You're not allowed to live there full-time.

“I've heard loads of stories about people getting kicked off the site.”;
Katrinas responded: “I do have a residential address that I pay at.”;
She also explained that she spends one month of the year at her residential address.
This is because many caravan sites typically close during months; some sites shut for one month, while others close for longer periods, such as two or three months.
