Towie's Frankie Sims shows off 'new face' after getting lip and under eye fillers dissolved

TOWIE'S Frankie Sims has shown off her ‘new face' after getting her lip and under eye fillers dissolved.

Frankie, 29, took to Instagram to share her experience, revealing that she was shocked to discover she still had old filler lingering under her eyes from years ago.

Frankie talked her fans through what happened during the appointment

In a candid video, Frankie explained that she initially visited the VA Clinic in Essex for a skin-boosting treatment but was advised to dissolve the filler instead.

She told her followers: “So I've just popped in to see Corinne at the VA Clinic. Please ignore all my makeup, it's all been rubbed off. But I just wanted to go in and show her my under eyes. They were really puffy, a little bit blue and black, and I just looked really tired.”

Frankie, who had under-eye filler around five years ago, was surprised to learn that the puffiness and discolouration she had been experiencing were due to leftover filler.

She explained: “All she's done is just dissolved it. And literally, it's gone down already.”

The reality star also used the opportunity to raise awareness for others who may be experiencing similar issues.

She advised: “If you had filler years ago and you're having trouble with discolouration and puffiness, it could be old filler.”

Frankie now has the option to leave her under-eyes natural or consider further treatments, but she seems delighted with her refreshed look.

Not stopping there, Frankie also decided to dissolve her lip filler during the same appointment.

In another video, she continued: “So while I was there, I was just feeling crazy.

“I also got her to dissolve my lips. So that's why my top lip and my bottom lip are really swollen and red right now – not because I've had filler before anyone comes for me.

Towie's Frankie Sims finally reveals new boyfriend after hiding his face for weeks - as his ‘very normal’ job is revealed

“I've actually had all the filler removed, so my face is now filler-free, guys.”

The star explained that it will take about a week to see the final results but is already feeling great about her decision.

Frankie joked in her caption: “This doesn't mean I'm never gonna have any tweaks every again but definitely was time to remove everything from the past.

“Cheers to embracing becoming more natural.”

Demi's estranged sister Chloe has also opted for the au naturale look in recent years.

In 2021, Chloe showed fans just how different she looked after making the “personal” decision to dissolve her lips.

Sharing a series of before and after pictures to her Stories, the Essex favourite explained: “So I decided to remove my fillers…the first photo is before, the second is without filler & the third is my more natural look.

“I'm really happy that I've toned it all down, and as you know I think it's important to be honest with things like this.”

She concluded: “It's my personal choice & makes me feel confident.”

Over 10 years, it's thought that Chloe spent over £32,000 on surgery – including two boob jobs, a £4,500 Brazilian bum lift, Botox and veneers.

What are the risks of lip fillers?

THE RISKS of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure was done correctly and the type of filler used.

The NHS recommends you speak to your practitioner about the risks beforehand.

Serious problems are rare but can include:

  • Infection
  • A lumpy appearance under the skin, which might need to be treated with surgery or medicine
  • The filler moving away from the intended treatment area, which may need to be removed using surgery
  • Scarring
  • Blocked blood vessels in the face, which can cause tissue death and permanent blindness

You should see your GP if you have any complications that need medical attention and speak to your practitioner if you're not happy with the results or experience lumpiness.
