A TRACY Beaker child star has revealed his secret battle with alcoholism after “breaking free” from addiction.
shared his Alcoholics Anonymous coin marking eight years of sobriety on Instagram in a bid to inspire others going through a similar issues.
He wrote: “8 years sober.
“I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come. It’s been a journey of strength, growth, and countless lessons.
“Every step, every challenge, has led me to a better place. I hope to inspire others to keep going, to know that it’s possible to break free, heal, and rebuild.
“To anyone still struggling, know that you’re not alone—there’s always hope and a brighter tomorrow ahead. One day at a time x.”
