TV chef Clodagh McKenna has revealed how she eats and drinks her skincare.
The 49-year-old beauty recently took to social media to share her juice recipe to keep skin looking its best and prevent ageing.

Clodagh, who has appeared on This Morning, said: “I'm gonna show you how to make my brightening juice, which I have about twice a week.”
“This is specifically for brightening my skin and helping boost the collagen and give me a little glow,” she continued.
The chef used a blender to mix it altogether but she did say you can use a juicer as well.
The recipe makes enough for two servings so you can keep it in the fridge for later on in the week.
She first used two steamed and peeled beetroot which is full of vitamins A, C and K.
Next, she quartered and cored one apple for flavour and squeezed in a whole orange.
She explained that orange is a beta-carotene, which naturally brightens your skin.
The chef also made sure to add fresh turmeric and ginger for their anti-inflammatory properties.
Last but not least, she added three carrots finely diced into the mix.
Carrots are full of Vitamin C, A and a natural source of collagen.

Vitamin A is also a natural source of retinol, which reverses the signs of ageing.
Clodagh added: “I'm just gonna blend this up and get glowing.
“And the last thing I do is I put in a couple of ice cubes so it's really chilled. Makes it a lot nicer to drink.”
The simple drink costs just £2 to make as well – way cheaper than buying a juice from the store.
