THIS is the shocking moment two joggers on a scenic run are flung into the air after being struck by a drunk driver.
The runners had a miracle escape after they survived being slammed by the vehicle in a horror crash captured on CCTV.



Disturbing footage shows joggers running carefree along the pavement overlooking the ocean in Bantry Bay, South Africa before a drink-driver speeds into them.
The vehicle mounts the pavement while coming around a bend and crashes into the two joggers.
One jogger is knocked over a wall running alongside the pavement, while the other is knocked onto it as the driver speeds off.
Police and emergency services rushed to the scene on March 30 and arrested the suspect, reportedly a Cape Town man.
The man was charged with drunken and negligent driving.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Wesley Twigg said: “Sea Point police arrested an adult male for driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless and negligent driving following an accident in Victoria Road, Bantry Bay on Sunday morning.
“According to reports, two joggers, a male and a female, were hit by the driver of the vehicle.
“The injured victims were taken to a medical facility for medical treatment.”
Both unnamed victims, who miraculously survived, are currently receiving treatment for their injuries.
It comes as a speeding , at a carnival before smashing into a tree.
Ethan Walker, 28, was captured on CCTV drinking at Tideswell Wakes Derbyshire carnival in 2023 before setting off in his.
Officers said it was a “miracle no-one was killed”.
Walker was rushed to hospital where he desperately tried to prevent officers carrying out drink and drugtests by pretending to be asleep.
Another drunk driver was involved in a crash that killed her friend after piling seven people into her car on the way to a house party, a court heard.
Karla Dodds, a barmaid, was “well over” the drink-drive limit when she said she would take six friends in her smallHyundaii10 hatchback, it was said.
