UKRAINE has launched a devastating revenge attack onthe Russian missile brigade that slaughtered 35 in Sumy on Palm Sunday.

It has been branded a “war crime” for hitting civilians and killing two children with vicious cluster bombs in the two Iskander-M missiles.
