US: Trump’s approval rating remains high in March – Report

Published on March 29, 2025 at 09:04 AM

President of the United States of America, Donald Trump's approval rating has remained stable since early March 2025, according to a DailyMail tracking poll.

The report showed that Trump's latest approval stands high at 49 percen

The latest Trump tracking poll, conducted with J.L. Partners, was first unveiled on the Welcome to MAGAland podcast.

The poll of 1,019 registered voters was conducted March 25–27.

Trump's approval rating stands at 49 percent, which is the same as earlier in March but down five points from a February poll that showed the president had the highest popularity among Americans.

Commenting, the executive editor of politics at Daily Mail, Kelly Laco, shared the exclusive findings, noting that he is ‘still very popular among Americans, particularly Republicans.'

“His approval is still very high for his second term,” she said.

The rating comes amid Trump's administration's tariff war with countries across the world, including Canada, China, and Mexico, amongst others.

The latest was the 25 percent plan for automobile tariffs.

The tariff, which is expected to take off on April 2, 2025, has attracted praise from Americans but condemnation from external countries such as Canada and Germany.
