Abbie revealed she sold 127 items in one week using Vinted

Now, the reseller is sharing her tips to help you rake in the cash

The self-titled mum said: “In the past seven days, I have had 127 sales.

“Stick around and I'll give you five of my to try and up your sales.”

1. Consistent uploads

Abbie's first rule was to be consistent with uploading items.

“You need to be uploading a few items every single day in order to keep your wardrobe bumped up to the top,” she explained.

“Because you might list a dress and within 24 hours there might have been another 6,000 women's dresses listed on top of yours.

“So that your dress will just be so low in the search, that people probably won't be searching in that category long enough to be able to find your item.”

2. Lighting

Another big help for Abbie in shifting stuff quickly has been to focus on lighting in her images.

She said using natural daylight over camera flash was much brighter and better quality, leading people to buy them.

3. Higher price tag

The Vinted reseller also suggested listing your items for a higher price than you want to sell them for.

For instance, if she wanted £10, she would list it for £12 so that people can make a cheaper offer without you losing out on cash.

4. Evening vs morning

Abbie also realised people were more likely to view her items in the evening than the morning as more people were using the app around this time.

So she recommends listing your items in the evening to make sure plenty of people saw the item.

5. Add measurements

Last but not least, Abbie recommended adding measurements to product descriptions, particularly for men's clothes and clothes for women.

She said: “A lot of men want to know the pit-to-pit measurement.

“Ladies for dresses, they like to know like shoulder to hem measurement.

“So just include as many measurements as you can in the listing and it will avoid people then having to message you.”

The clip posted to her TikTok account @abbiecee0went viral with over 69k views and 2,000 likes.

People were quick to thank her for her tips in the comments, and even shared their own.
