But now savvy mum Liv has decided to try another reselling platform – and is already finding success.


She took to her TikTok page to share a video detailing her first attempt on Tilt.

While Liv wasn't sure if Tilt was something she wanted to explore, she decided to go for it in the end, as it's a “really quick way for me to be able to get stock out the door and money in”.
“So instead of having my stock around, taking ages, photographing it, listing it, all of these kind of things, I can literally have it come straight in and go straight out,” she explained.
Liv joked her Tilt attempt would make her husband happy, as he's “not happy with the amount of stock that I keep buying!”
For her first show, she decided to go on for two hours, during which time she made
“I worked out that from everything that I sold, I paid for that stock £61.44.
“So my total profit was £205.56 for just and the half an hour that it took packing at the end.
“So about £100 an hour.”
Reflecting on her success, Liv grinned: “That's so good. I'm really happy with that!”
She concluded her video by advising anyone who has thought about doing Tilt to “just go for it”.
“You can't go wrong, really, can you?” Liv said.
“And at the end of the day, the magic happens outside of your comfort zone!”
