CELEBRITY Big Brother star Mickey Rourke has apologised to his housemates for his ‘strange' behaviour and revealed why he doesn't sleep at night.
The actor, 72, made the confession after dozing off on a sofa with a blanket over his head during the middle of the day.

But at lunchtime, Mickey emerged in the kitchen and told his housemates why he has been sleeping so much in the daytime.
He admitted he suffers from and said he cannot sleep at night due to “fear”, sparked from an abusive childhood.
“I have insomnia. I can stay awake from anywhere from one to four days,” Mickey said.
Jack P Shepherd mused: “This is you with insomnia? All you've done is sleep!”
However, Mickey told his housemates he would “pay millions of dollars” to be able to sleep properly at night.
asked: “What is it in you that makes you not able to sleep?”
Mickey hesitated, before replying: “Fear.”
He continued: “My childhood… The fear of not being able to fix things before I go.
“When I was 14, after all the abuse I went through, I put my finger on the hard button because I didn't want to live in shame.
“I didn't want to be a victim anymore.”
Mickey's housemate Danny Beard offered to give him a hug.
“Really, I'm sorry to be…,” Mickey continued. “I haven't been around people in six years. I've been self-isolated.
“Ever since been 30, had a girlfriend every four years. I chose all wrong.”
Mickey has been paid a six figure sum to take part in this year's Celebrity Big Brother.
