GREGGS has long been the nation's favourite high street bakery and fans love trying new items from its menu.

So, from delicious, hot brownie bites to cute biscuits to delight the kids here's what to order this week.

The last few days have seen a number of new launches including the veggie feast pizza, tuna crunch roll and peach ice tea.

The high-street bakery giant also regularly launches limited edition items as well as seasonal specials such as Easter biscuits and buns.

Plus it frequently reworks fan favourites to improve recipes.

So, even if you're a devotee, it may be time to look outside of the Greggs sausage roll, or risk missing out on other culinary delights.

Here's our pick of the what to try at Greggs this week:

Veggie feast pizza

The veggie feast pizza launched last week with the unveiling of Gregg's spring menu.

It sees mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mixed peppers, and red onion on a focaccia-style base.

This new pizza offering is a great lunchtime treat, with a soft, doughy base topped generously with classic veggie pizza additions.

How to get Greggs for free or cheap

And we're not alone in loving it. Greggs' pizza range has earnt itself a dedicated legion of fans who have been devouring this latest addition across social media.

The price of the pizza, which is 573 calories per slice, starts from £2.40.

Greggs' mac & cheese has become a viral sensation

Greggs mac & cheese went viral earlier this year as fans raved about its limited release.

Reviews included “omg it is great, wowie” and “absolutely beaut”.

The hot snack, which sees pasta layered with cheddar and red Leicester cheese before being topped with breadcrumbs and parsley, is now available at 281 locations across the UK.

It's a super indulgent treat with just the amount of stringy cheese action you'd hope for.

So, if you've not tried it yet, and it's available in your local branch, it's time to get stuck in.

It's priced at £4.55 as a single item or you can pick it up as a meal with any drink for £5.75.

Peach ice tea

The bakery has launched a range of refreshing summer coolers

Greggs unveiled a new peach ice tea as part of its spring menu and it's a deliciously refreshing way to cool down when the sun comes out.

Made with a peach flavour syrup and tea extract it's super sweet and flavoursome.

So, whether you're chilling in the park or heading into town we reckon it's a great way to stay cool.

And, if peach isn't your flavour of choice the bakery has also launched a mojito-inspired mint lemonade to see you through the summer months.

Prices start at £2.55.

Easter jammy biscuits

These special seasonal biscuits are seriously cute and a sure-fire hit with children.

They see apple and raspberry jam sandwiched between crumbly biscuits and topped with fondant icing and sweet sugar paste decorations.

My young tester absolutely loved these.

She was delighted with the cute design and the buttery biscuits, which she declared better than a Jammie Dodger.

And they're just £1.30.

Hot chocolate brownies

As well as launching new items Greggs regularly updates its classic recipes to make them even more delicious.

This is the case with the bakery's hot chocolate brownies.

These super indulgent, hot cakey bites are super moreish with large melty chunks of dark, milk and white chocolate.

And, they come with a choice of a salted caramel or milk chocolate dipping sauce – which my testers were happily spooning out of the tub.

These bites are the perfect treat for the office or an afternoon with pals.

The hot brownie bites are priced at around £3.

How to save money at Greggs

The app will also ensure you get a guaranteed FREE treat on your birthday, usually a free cupcake, cream cake or doughnut.
