Why Republicans must pass tax cut bill now – Trump

Published on April 09, 2025 at 01:58 PM

President Donald Trump of the United States on Wednesday called on the Republicans in the House of Representative to pass the tax cut bill.

Trump assured that the US will experience boom if the tax cut bill is passed by the Republican lawmakers.

Posting on X, he wrote: “It is IMPERATIVE that Republicans in the House pass the Tax Cut Bill, NOW! Our Country Will Boom.

“Republicans, it is more important now, than ever, that we pass THE ONE, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL. The USA will Soar like never before.”

This comes as Trump charged the Federal Reserve to cut rates.

Defending the proposed cut, Trump noted that oil prices are down, cost of processing food is down, and there is no inflation in the US.

Posting on Truth, Trump also warned that he has had enough of China taking advantage of the US.

According to Trump, past leaders are to blame for China's action.

He wrote: “Oil prices are down, interest rates are down (the slow moving Fed should cut rates!), food prices are down, there is NO INFLATION, and the long time abused USA is bringing in Billions of Dollars a week from the abusing countries on Tariffs that are already in place.

“This is despite the fact that the biggest abuser of them all, China, whose markets are crashing, just raised its Tariffs by 34%, on top of its long term ridiculously high Tariffs (Plus!), not acknowledging my warning for abusing countries not to retaliate.

“They’ve made enough, for decades, taking advantage of the Good OL’ USA!

“Our past “leaders”; are to blame for allowing this, and so much else, to happen to our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.”
