‘No idea how I am still walking’ – WWE legend Mick Foley in hospital after horror crash as shocking wreckage revealed

WWE icon Mick Foley was grateful to still be walking after a horror car crash.

The 59-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best wrestlers ever and earned a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.

But he is seemingly lucky to be alive after sharing pictures of a shocking car crash.

Foley posted a snap of his wrecked vehicle, with the bonnet and bumper taken off and the windscreen smashed to bits.

The wrestler, who performed under the names Cactus Jack, Mankind and Dude Love, incredibly stood next to his car with his thumbs up as a firefighter's truck pulled up behind.

He wrote on Instagram: “Tough day for Mick. I have no idea how I am still walking around after this accident.

“I’m in the hospital now, and I’m sore from my knees to my neck, including a minor concussion.”

Worried fans commented: “Praying for your full recovery, Mick.”

Another added: “Just built different, glad you’re OK.”

A third wrote: “You are as tough as nails.”

Back in his heyday, Foley was a three-time WWF Championand a TNA World Champion.

He was one of the biggest names during WWE's “Attitude Era” and he headlined a WrestleMania event in 2000.

In tag-team competitions, he partnered legends like Steve Austin and The Rock.

Foley currently holds a legends contract and is a WWE ambassador.
